Research & Development: The Pine Point Project

SmartHome Research: Sensor Data Fusion to Support Aging in Place
A proof-of-concept using Dynamic Relational Bayesian Network (DRBN) modeling to transform sensor data into meaningful Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as sleeping, eating and medicating, and to detect anomalies like falls, that may require intervention.
TeleCare Service Network: Closing the Circle of Care
The ultimate goal of the CareWheels Project is to develop and deploy a TeleCare Service Network to support people's wishes to live independently and age gracefully in place, through virtual caring communities.
